Exchange & Return Policy

All products purchased from lexzari.com can be exchanged within 7 days only if:

  • The item(s) is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product displayed.

How to Claim

To initiate a claim, please email photographic evidence of the defective item to team.lexzari@gmail.com or call us between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday) at: +92 325 3111173. Claims must be reported within 1 day of delivery, and the product should be sent back to Lexzari within 7 days of purchase if the claim is accepted by the Lexzari team.

For approved claims, return delivery charges will be paid by the customer.

No exchange or refund is offered on items purchased at sale price and Custom size orders.

Refunds

Lexzari has a "No Refund" policy. However, refunds may be issued in exceptional cases where the product is out of stock. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Processing returns and refunds requires 7 working days.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled anytime before processing. Lexzari reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons such as out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or declined credit card payments by the issuer.

Disclaimer

Lexzari reserves the right to deny any claim if the product is damaged or if any items are missing from the package, including price tags, labels, original packaging, freebies, or accessories.

This policy applies to COD orders only.
